Beacause, sophistication does not guarantee satisfaction.
Have you noticed how a simple stew; a perfectly simple concoction, made traditionally by common folk with simple ingredients can be so profoundly satisfying?
We believe that stews are one of those things in life where quantity can be quality, and that they must be shared to show that you can have more with less.
